Office Protocol
1. Please turn your cell phone to “off” or “silent” and refrain from talking on your phone while in the building; the sound travels easily and there are many offices in this building.
2. Please bring your calendar to schedule weekly treatments.
3. Payment is due at the time of service, cash or check only.
4. If you need to reschedule your appt, please allow 48 hrs notice.

There is a black sign at the entrance/driveway that says “Tekdoc”, turn in there. Parking in the upper and lower lots on the right. Walk into the grey, house-like building and take a left, go up the stairs, go left and please wait in the waiting area.
